Late & No-Show Policy

Time is a crucial element in hairstyling, so it is essential that you arrive on time.  I can allow 15 minutes, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will have to adjust the scheduled services for that day or reschedule.  While 15 minutes may not seem long, it significantly impacts my ability to provide the best possible service.
In addition, if you do not show up for your appointment, I cannot fill that spot. Therefore, a 20% deposit will be required when booking your next appointment. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance or as soon as you know. I'd be happy to re-book it for you.
A 10% non-refundable deposit will apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. An additional 5% deposit will apply for each subsequent appointment canceled. This deposit will be applied to your total at checkout. 

Refunds & Re-Dos

I want you to be happy and love your hair. While I cannot offer a refund, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the services you received, please allow me to provide a complimentary correction of the service. This correction must be completed within seven days of the original appointment. 

New Clients Receiving Color Deposit

If you are a new client booking color, a 20% deposit is required to ensure I have the color needed when you arrive. The deposit will go toward your total payment. I accept Venmo @cfobeauty or Zelle at cfobeautyco@gmail.com
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not show up, and I cannot fill your spot. Please be mindful of this when scheduling.
