SERVICE CONTRACT

Thank you for choosing cfobeauty for your hair and makeup needs. I am excited to glam you up for your special day!

Before booking with me, please read the directions below. Then you can follow up by emailing me at  cfobeautyco@gmail.com. I will then forward you a booking Contract.

A $50 deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment date and time. I accept deposits via Zelle (cfobeautyco@gmail.com) or Venmo (@cfobeauty). Your deposit is factored into the total cost of your service. If your appointment requires additional artists, the deposit amount is subject to increase. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so within three (3) days of signing the contract to receive a full deposit refund. After the third day, event and service cancellations will not be refunded.
